Inaccessible Data Center

Hi everyone. Don't know if you any of you besides Jeremiel and myself have been unable to log into Excalibur. Linking to the Squeenix tech forum on the topic. Word is that there is a DDoS attack somewhere along the line causing the problem.

They are saying its both NA data centers... we can log into Aether worlds but not Primal. So we have made characters on Siren (Aara Incarnatus and hubby is probably Jeremiel Incarnatus) until we can log back into Excalibur.  Hope you all are faring better than we are with this problem.

Yep, I am having this issue too.
Kitt is fine tho. It is weird since we are using the same internet.
A lot of people are having issues.
Hope they will resolve it soon.

Sorry to hear that Jade. I am glad though that Kitt can long on and manage guild functions.

On Reddit they said that the problem is fixed
I am at work, but you should definitely try to log in if you are home.
